Senior Division

Skrt came from 2-4 down to deflate JK Silvertown in an absolute corker of a game. Finishing 6-5 shows both sides have what it takes going forward. Now to work on defence!!

Tobi Junior notched his 5th goal in 4 games as they took all three points from a visit to Walthamstow Red Star. Chinga Archer came from the bench to grab the second and keep them in sight of the leaders.

Division One

Leaders Debden Sports were involved in a high quality pulsating fixture against Flamengo. The visitors took the lead twice but were pegged back as Carl White scored two and now has four for the season. Hillford & Newbury Forest also shared four goals at the Peter May Centre.

Division Two

Goals from Kelva King & Klod Zefi helped Eva Hart to their first league win of the season, defeating leaders Loxford Lions in a good game.

Hainault Athletic finally came good in spectacular fashion courtesy of a hat-trick from Konna Joseph and other goals from Denzel Dura & Louis Williams. The 5-0 win saw their ageing Secretary also keep a clean sheet.

Division Three

Close games in this Division yesterday. Global Reserves replaced their conquests at the top courtesy of a 4-2 win at Beckton Gas.

A Jerome Doctrove treble in his first league appearance of the season saw Horse & Well squeeze past One Twenty in a tough encounter at the Jubilee Sports Ground.

Premier Cup

Despite two goals from Emmanuel Shoderu and one from Wayne O’Hanlon, in the end it wasn’t enough as Third Division Cardinal Athletic succumbed to FC Leytonstone as the team from the Second Division edged to their first win of the season. The winners will now face Weare Utd in the next round.

Reece Stanley bagged a brace to make sure Wolfpack saw off the challenge of Newbury Forest Reserves although it was never going to be an easy game. Wolfpack will be at home to either Barking Hounds or Barkingside in the next round.
